Hi, my name is Sean Cochlan and I am a REALTOR® at the fantastic office at RE/MAX Mountain View. I would like to invite you to join our office and I'll tell you the reasons why, there's three. Camil Morley and Lowell Martens are great managers. They have an open door policy that I really like and at any time you can phone, text, email and get answers for questions that might be posing a problem. The other reason is that the technology and education are great. They are always on the cutting edge of educating us for new items and Lowell's been very involved with the Calgary Real Estate Board, so he's got answers to any problems that you might have. The other reason is that the office has got very experienced REALTORS®, up to thirty years experience and very happy to share. I just find that -- I've been there for two years -- and I probably have picked up more tips and techniques for doing my business better from many of the experienced REALTORS® in the office and they are not afraid to share. The third reason that you should join RE/MAX Mountain View is the interoffice selling. Since I've been there, I've probably sold five more listings per year, just from coming in with a really good listening and either walking down the hall and talking to some of the REALTORS®, telling them what I have or at a Monday morning meeting, standing up and pushing my listings or just having a buyer who needs something and walking around and/or putting out a flyer to the other REALTORS® in the office. That has been substantial in making my year, one of the best I've ever had for working with RE/MAX Mountain View. Hi, I'm Peter Stathopoulos, Real Estate Associate with RE/MAX Mountain View. When I joined RE/MAX Mountain View, I was looking for a lot of support from my Broker and Manager. As a relatively new REALTOR®, I had many "What do I do?" scenarios and questions that needed quick answering. Lowell and Camil are always there to help and make themselves available whenever they are needed. Once or twice a week, RE/MAX Mountain View holds morning sales meetings. These are great opportunities to benefit from different training sessions, which are offered to help you improve your business. Guest speakers are often brought in to offer input into matters that are currently affecting our industry. What I really like about these morning meetings, is the opportunity to connect with some of the top REALTORS® in the city. I take advantage of this to promote a home that I have listed for sale or to inquire about a property that may be coming onto the market. This allows me to get my buyers in before the home hits MLS, giving them a great advantage over the competition. If you have any questions about joining our office, give me a call. My name is Joe Perri and I'm with RE/MAX Mountain View. A number of years ago, I wanted to get into Real Estate. There's so many brand names out there, but RE/MAX was the one that I knew the most -- they seemed to have the biggest brand name recognition. So, I decided to interview a number of different companies, including RE/MAX, and once I narrowed it down that RE/MAX was going to be my Real Estate office of choice, I did go to a number of different offices within the city of Calgary and eventually met up and interviewed Lowell Martens. Once I met Lowell and had an opportunity to chat with him on the phone and then in person, and I saw the kind of person that he was and how he treated his staff, he was the one that I wanted to be with. The other reason for RE/MAX was -- I've been in sales for over 35 years and if you want to be the best, you have to work with the best and that's why RE/MAX was my chosen company.

So, education within RE/MAX Mountain View and what Lowell and Camil do for us as REALTORS® -- they are firm believers in education. They offer things as Brian Buffini -- different courses with them, and a number of other Real Estate trainers throughout the industry. That's one of the things they truly believe in and it helps us become stronger REALTORS®, so that we stand out among the crowd in the Real Estate industry in Calgary.

So, I work out of the Varsity Office and in there we have a strong support staff. From people answering the phones -- you don't get an answering machine -- you get people, true people talking to you and I think that's important for my clients, to hear a real voice. The conveyancing department, our support staff, everything to do with -- anything we have to do and handling accounts or contracts and people, it's all there for us. The REALTORS® that are within the office at Varsity -- there's some long-term REALTORS® in there and they're always willing to help. We all help each other. There's no one that doesn't want to share their information and wealth of education. It just continues on and on and on. It's a great place to work and it's a great place for our clients to come and have an enjoyable experience with RE/MAX.

Hi, my name is William Osunde. I'm a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Mountain View. I've been selling Real Estate for over a decade; It's actually going to be about 13 years in September. I've been with RE/MAX for the last 5 of the 13 years. I actually joined this office, it's going to the third year now and really, oh boy, I wish I started here,

Camil and Lowell, just two great people. They are very passionate about what they do and they're just great people. Outside work, great family people, they care about you; they care about your family, they care about your success in the industry. You just can't get it any better.

This office has an excellent training program. Both for the new REALTORS® and veterans, you know, like me too. There are weekly meetings and Camil is very good at sending out information to everybody and training programs with issues that come up from being out there in the field. So, I think also, that is a good learning atmosphere for everybody. Especially the young or new REALTORS® would definitely benefit from that as well.

Hello, my name is Zeena Taghvai. I started Real Estate in 1992 in Calgary. I've always wanted to be the best REALTOR®, in terms of providing the best service to my clients. I've always wanted to be with a company that provided me with the most service that would affect and benefit my clients, my sellers and buyers, and I'm so glad that I actually walked into the office and I got the feeling of the positive energy, the experienced and the friendly staff, and the awesome manager. Good morning I'm Danny Wai from the RE/MAX Real Estate Mountain View and I have been with this office since about 1998 or so, in February. With Lowell in the beginning and with Camil, here in the other brand new office as well. So basically, what I feel in the office is helping me to grow my business from my previous brokerage, which I am not going to mention anyways. So, RE/MAX Mountain View is the best brokerage in Calgary in the Real Estate Industry. Why I am saying that is because I really feel that in the working atmosphere and the office. Also, we have a lot of professional REALTORS® or Agents working around.
