I'm Percy Connolly with RE/MAX Mountain View. I have been a REALTOR®, going on eight years and I have been with RE/MAX now for two years. I was with a couple of smaller companies before I came here. I didn't think branding was a big issue, but now that I'm here I realize that branding is a huge issue. You really need the big brand behind you. I didn't think I did before, until I came here. I also thought when you come to RE/MAX its going to be a big shop, you're going to have all of these faces, you're not going to know anybody and it's exactly the opposite. There's a few of the people that you don't see very often, but a bulk of the people you do see all of the time. So, I find that very family oriented. I can call Lowell or Camil at any time and they usually answer their phone and I talk to them directly.
